I had dreams last night. Does this mean I'm not there yet in terms of MAO inhibition? I think I remember Scott saying this. Not sure. I see pdoc tomorrow... should I ask for 75mg? I've been at 60mg for 4 weeks. According to my weight right now I should be at 75mg from what I've read. I'm not at all euphoric or manic. In fact I'm kinda tired. I'm still feeling some good A/D effect, it kinda comes and goes, but as usual I want more :)

:-)
I did not experience dreaming the first few times I took Nardil and Parnate. At some point, dreaming returned. I don't know how much faith I would place in the idea that dreaming is an index of MAOI inhibition and clinical response. Some doctors use postural hypotension for this.
75 mg/day is a good dosage of Nardil. 60-90 mg/day is the effective dosage range as far as I'm concerned. Some people usa a calculation to establish a target dosage of Nardil:
1.0 mg of Nardil per kg of body weight.
1 kg = 2.2 lbs
