Hi all: i've been really busy, but -
My health plan requires my ADHD to be reassessed. When I did it in 1999 the tests were all paper, now they're computerized apparently! I'm hitting the home stretch with this - the overcaffeination, the frustration that I am not my best, spacing out, all of the nasty ADHD b*llsh*t I've been carrying around.
I see the new psychiatrist (the last one was addiction psychiatrist, who referred me to general psychiatry as she can't prescribe controlled drugs and knows I need treatment) this week also. I hope the tests are scored in time.
I think given the CBT tools I've learned I won't need as high a dose of Focalin XR this time - I was thinking of asking for 10mg in the am and 5mg at 1-3 pm to start with.

Grrr. It takes "weeks" to score. I don't know what to do.
I just hope the psychiatrist I see this week starts me on my Focalin XR this week. My ADHD makes me want to cry, sometimes.
