Had my GP check my Testosterone a few weeks ago and my Free Testosterone, the Testosterone your body actually uses, came back at 0. He checked it again to make sure there wasn't a prob with the testing and it once again came back 0. Hmm I've got a feeling this could be contributing to why I feel like crap. At my age my Free Testosterone is supposed to be around 12.
I've had blood tests in the past to check for any problems, but they never tested my T levels. This time I specifically asked him to include Testosterone in the test, and I'm sure glad I did. So now I'm going to be seeing an Endocrinologist. Haven't made the appointment yet because I can't find my Medicare card. I read if I order a new one, itvcan take up to 30 days to get here. Does anyone know if there's a way to print off a Temporary Medicare Card?

Your GP probably has a copy on file. Maybe you can get it from them.

What meds are you taking? SSRIs may lower testosterone.
