which would be more prone to cause anxiety tegretol or lamictal for any one who has used both?

from what i've heard sometimes tegretol is good for anxiety, it's the parent drug to Trileptal, and trileal i've readd calms people down, makes them feel stable and calm, yet not euphorically

lamictal would be the one maybe to rule out on this but i take lamictal, it just seems to lower mood swings, i am a bit calmer, they both have calming properties
