Hi, when does Paxil or Luvox withdrawal start after your last dose? They both have the same half life so I'd assume the withdrawal timelilne is the same. I tapered down to 3 mg of Luvox over 8 weeks from 50 mg and I haven't taken Luvox since Tuesday, but I don't feel any major withdrawal yet.

How did you manage to get the pills so small that could take such a low dose? I have been on 25mg for over 11 years and want off it. Older than you about to turn 70. But still have the lexapro 2.5mg but neither do a thing. Also on the low dose benzos. Why do you want off of the luvox? I did years ago taper off paxil 10mg and never felt a thing. It was only when abruptly stopped it that got brain zaps about a day later. So at the time was advised to go back on the l0mg. And all symptoms disappeared. I then shortly after did a taper. Phillipa

Hi, I got 25 mg generic pills and have been cutting them into small pieces for several weeks. I'm getting off because I feel like SSRI's have done some sort of long-term damage to me that has made my condition much worse so it's time to get off. Thanks
