This study suggests that the gene coding for FAAH (fatty acid amide hydrolase) is more prevalent in regions with higher self reported happiness.
Chocolate contains substances that inhibit FAAH.
Hopefully other FAAH inhibitors will be available (at some point) for individuals with high FAAH (and thus low anandamide levels).

Hi Linkage,
i may sound like a broken record, but Cannabidiol raises Anandamide.
Lets hope they will legalize pot all over the world thus making it cheaper.
