Has anyone tried 23andme and then used the results to treat themselves through supplements?

I haven't seen the specific results that 23 and me provides. Most of the genes that have been linked to certain psychiatric diseases and treatments are only slight risk factors. I.e. having this one gene increases your risk of BP by say 10-15%.
I have the feeling that most psychiatric disorders are due to a combination of genes and epigenetic / environmental factors - of which we are only currently scratching the surface.
But, who knows...
