All about gaba

Posted by bkva23 on January 6, 2016, at 10:59:05

Heres where i wish i paid more attention in chemistryin school lol.The main two carriers i know of for getting gaba into the brain are GHB which although demonized i as a witness if used right elimnatd depression anxiety social disorders and more.i respected it and it was a huge huge gun in my arsenal it truly kept my mood elevated.

Picamilin not as potent but still a potent carier of niacin to gaba in the brain was also said to lift mood and help a lot.

My question is without knowing chemistry does anyone know a possable carrier of gaba that would work.Anyone lol good with chemistry.

What illness(s) are you treating?

I absolutely cannot answer your question. However, there are other ways of increasing GABA levels in the brain.

- Gabitril (tiagabine) is a GABA reuptake inhibitor.

- Nardil (phenelzine) is a GABA transaminase inhibitor.

- Depakote (valproate) is a GABA transaminase inhibitor, succinate-semialdehyde dehydrogenas inhibitor, and a GABA reuptake inhibitor.

For depression and/or anxiety disorders, Nardil would be the best choice. As an antimanic drug in bipolar disorder, Depakote is a better choice. Nardil can actually induce mania. Gabitril is an unpredictable drug. For many people, it helps with anxiety and insomnia. However, some people react to it with agitation.

I just know the success of gaba carriers over gaba raising for example ghb.My thoughts were how great it would be if TAURINE AND GABA the two major inhibitory nueros were attatched to the same carrier and both crossed the brain in a potent manner,id imagine the benifits for seizures mood disorders anxiety and the like.
