http://www.dr-bob.org/babble/20050921/msgs/558107.htmlWhat do i need to make a pill with Phenylethylidenehydrazine and what dosage do i need.
It could give me the AWESOME anti social anxiety effects of Nardil minus the MAOI psychosis.

Have you considered valproate (Depakote)?

the only thing similar to phenylethylidenehydrazine is Gabitril, which is a GABA reptake inhibitor, increases levels of GABA but i've read it's side effect profile is heavy, and people without siezures have side effects, but that's just reports, it varies between individuels
maybe....ask about gabitril? start like a low dose of something......

http://www.gabitril.com/Gabitril_PI.pdf
give it some time to load, but thats a desciption of it, it's prescibing guidelines, but tell you the truth i don't think alot of doctors would use Gabitril for anxiety, it's definetly an offlabel medication that not in the choice of main stream anxiety meds, but maybe keep it in mind maybe a doctor will be willing to use it off label for anxiety

That's an interesting idea. It might make sense to try Gabitril (tiagabine) first.

yea it would be a good option, but the only thing is it's side effects, look on the wikipedia, it can produce unpleasant side effects with people without siezures, it's an anticonvulant and it's marketed for siezures, but it does increase GABA levels, it sounds like a great option, but just that side effect profile i read on the wikipedia is someting that caught my attention.......
everyone's diffrent but they do use it for panic disorder, and anxiety disorders along with benzos with it

Which side effects of Gabitril do you feel are most problematic?

"Tiagabine's most common side effects include confusion, difficulty speaking clearly/stuttering, mild sedation, and in doses over 8 mg, a tingling sensation (paresthesia) in the body's extremities, particularly the hands and fingers. Tiagabine may induce seizures in those without epilepsy, especially if they are taking another drug which lowers the seizure threshold" -wikipedia
it sounds scary, but you know sometimes they have to list everything and you it could be a good medication, just i saw that side effect profile with confusion and siezures for people who don't have epilepsy.......but they use it for anxiety and panic disorder off label......
it's a GRI. Gaba Reptake Inhibitor
