So Viibryd doesnt seem too effective. Luvox can raise blood levels of Seroquel and Zyprexa.
Any advice?
I am trying to avoid sexual side effects.

I keep saying it...Wellbutrin. You can add another AD to wellbutrin if you need to...but yeah...please think about Wellbutrin. From what little I've read about WB in schizo-disorders, its not a big deal as long as you're stable on tranquilizers.

Hey christempowered. The pharmacy is ordering it. Pickup at 3:30 pm. My psychiatrist likes it better than Viibryd or Luvox!

A little fear is a good thing if it causes you to have a healthy respect for these powerful drugs.
Here is a report that reinforces C_E's portrayal of the use of Wellbutrin in situations where psychosis is a concern:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2738405/
"Abstract
Bupropion is an antidepressant, which has recently been promoted for the treatment of bipolar depression, because of its lower potency to induced switch. However, due to its dopamine enhancing effect, it has been reported to induce psychosis and perceptual changes. Most of the literature, which is available in relation to development of psychosis while receiving bupropion, has been with the use of immediate release formulation. Some of the case report which have reported development of psychosis with sustained release Bupropion, it has been reported in the background history of over dosage or substance abuse. We present case in which use of bupropion led to development of frank psychosis, which responded to use of antipsychotic medication. However, when antipsychotics were stopped, psychosis again recurred and as a result diagnosis of patient was changed."

Wellbutrin might work magic for you for all we know. The lesson learned from the article is that antipsychotics can treat and prevent psychosis from developing with Wellbutrin.
In my situation, I would keep the Effexor and add the Wellbutrin, and look to increase the dosages of both if necessary to something like Wellbutrin 300 mg/day and Effexor 300 mg/day. For you, I would start by adding the Wellbutrin first and not adjusting the dosage of Effexor. If you feel better, BUT anorgasmia remains a problem, you can then attempt to discontinue the Effexor. It is quite possible that Wellbutrin will prevent the sexual side effects of Effexor, and allow you to increase the Effexor. If, at 300 mg/day, Wellbutrin does not help, you can then begin increasing the dosage of Effexor while continuing to take the Wellbutrin.
You still have a lot of options.
