I seem to recall a poster on here way back when on Stelazine. I have no idea if that actually works.

I found that risperdal worked for this. But it's not a drug you want to use all the time if you're not psychotic. It causes weight gain and has all the other potential side effects of anti-psychotics. For me, a few days on risperdal pulled me out of severe derealization and suicidality. Then I felt okay for a long while afterward. Hope this helps.

A 2001 Russian study showed that naloxone, a drug used to reverse the intoxicating effects of opioid drugs, can successfully treat depersonalization disorder.

Thanks...I came upon that study too. Also some suggestions of other effective meds, one of them was Luvox. I wish I had bookmarked it. If I find it again I will post it here.
