I started having a loss of libido a oouple of months ago. I stopped the ADs I was on and that did not help. My testosterone levels are fine. Here's what I'm taking: Lithium 900 mg, Abilify 30 mg and 4 mg of Mirapex. Can abilify cause libido issues?

Mirapex. Elevated prolactin. That's what it does. Abilify will impact that as well to some degree.

Mirapex raises dopamine levels which lowers prolactin levels. Pramipexole is actually more effective in terms of prolactin supression.

Could libido return after a month or two? I have heard people speak of a delay period.
