mood changes

lamotragine i do notice stablizes some attention, and mood, but.....it doesnt give the sharp enhancement of stimulants, but it does feel like it stablizes thought, or preventing the hyper activity in thinking, which i know is my add, but it's only treatment besides nuvigil to control it, my doc, i had a visit about depression, and she said add lithium, which i was like....just increase the prozac to 80, but she thinks it's too high of a dose like for the OCD patients....not depression, but you know all doctors are difffernt.......but lithium, i know there's some people here that lithium, does it help depression?

i'm not trying to plug up the news feeds, but for a long time i was on benzos for my mood and anxiety in the past, xanax and ativan, so as time went by, the doctor/s used mood stablizer treatment, mainly zyprexa and lamictal, geodon for a temporary time, all i have to say is a mood stablizer kinda makes things feel normal, but in my personal feeling it makes things boring, i like to get in higher mindsets and learn about spiritual situations, my posts on the faith board is when my mind went into a expansion mode, but after lamictal and zyprexa where kicked in, i lost all that feeling to explore, slight mania, makes things down to earth, it could be difffernt for people, but thats how i see things, lamotragine and olanzipine make things down to earth.....

i took my lamictal a few hours ago and im kinda in a mellow mood, not excited, just kinda like blaah, stablized at baseline, not really euphoric.....but like i said sometimes my medicines have no effect, it's difficult.....

the medicines i take right now are prozac, lamictal, nuvigil, and zyprexa, which i stopped zyprexa but caused horrid withdrawl after days....having to take more lamictal or having to take zyprexa to relieve the withdrawl.....

im just such a mess, i don't know what else write......
