Its just: How can you decide to live if you cant decide to die?
There is no dignity in this.
None whatsoever.

That's some phrasing. Still trying to wrap my brain around it.
Moving is one of the most stressful situations you can experience.
Please be kind to yourself

can you get a benzo prescription? In psychotic disorder, benzos can be used both short and long term. Either way, they can help reduce neuroleptic dose. I would think that might be a good, humane option. since you're on so much seroquel, maybe something high potency, like clonazepam or alprazolam (maybe the xr version) ?

I'm really sorry to hear of your recent challenges, Lamdage22.Have you spoken to your doctor about your Effexor dose? If I may say, 20mg is very low. It would only be acting as an SSRI at that dosage, and perhaps not therapeutically, though I do appreciate your other medications may influence that.
I hope you are managing ok with your moving. Break the task down into smaller, less onerous parts. That might help a bit.

Where and why are you moving? Will you be near parents or other people you know?

Near other people i know and together with 3 other mentally ill folks.
My parents are not there. I will have to take a train to visit them or they have to to visit me.
