i have still been taking gabapentin about 1-2xday for the last week for anxiety and some mood uplift.
my pdoc was not doing much (ok, nothing) to assist so i finally requested lamictal.
but forgot to ask if i should halt gabapentin when on lamictal.any suggestions. i've got a call in but haven't heard back and i'd really like to start lamictal today but have already taken gabapentin.

and i ended up talking with the pharmacist, she said that people take them together all the time.

yeah...i take 1200/trileptal, 100/lamictal, and rarely PRN neurontin. Not a huge deal, although the PRN neurontin is usuallly a PM thing because it throws me for a loop.

Your Lamictal is rather low.

yeah...the shrink has never explained that to me. I asked if I could go up on the lamictal and drop the trileptal, and he said not an option.
