In the german wikipedia it says amisulpride would cause TD as often as typical antipsychotics.
I want to change from Zyprexa 15mg to Amisulpride.
Is A strong enough for that?
How is the TD risk of the two drugs compared?

The atypicals aren't all that great when it comes to TD. Even EPS is surprisingly common with the AAP drugs.So...I don't think there'd be a huge difference, honestly. I think if you could drop down to 1 AP/AAP, that would decrease your odds of TD considerably.
