Possibly wellbutrin, Provigil, phentermine, phendimetrazine, ritalin, low dose amphetamines.

Are there long term risks with topiramate?
As far as i can see its my only option.

Belviq (locaserin / 5ht2c agonist) is working for me but I'm only on Lamictal (just off Marplan).

I have a feeling we'll see something that encourages good gut bacteria for weight loss in the next 5/10yrs though.

Provigil and Wellbutrin have been used w/ some success in stable people w/ psychotic disorders. Back in the day, Ritalin and low dose amphetamines were used--cautiously--in stable outpatients, mostly for depression and weight loss.
Do you have contrave where you are? Its wellbutrin+naltrexone.

I think there is really nothing worth the risk.
I heard about glucagone...
If i have low T3 i will get pills.
Maybe that will make a difference

can you try supplements? I was thinking...green tea extract, fish oil, 5htp is supposed to help w/ appetite and such at high doses...
