Does a low dose of Effexor dumb you down at all ie reduce cognitive ability?

I am prevented from posting educational material here concerning the drug, Effexor, due to prohibitions posted to me here by Mr.Hsiung that I think that if you were to know this information that is prohibited by me to post here, it could potentially save your life, prevent a life-ruing condition and/or addiction.

No. Antidepressants reverse damage caused to the hippocampus by prolonged stress-depression, anxiety.
