I am looking at combining Lyrica with Neurontin. say 300mg 3x day with lyrica and start 300-400 mg of Neurontin. I have a nice tolerance with both. Lyrica saved my life.

I'm not sure. Is it worthwhile combining two drugs which appear to have the same mechanism of action? Why not just adjust the dose (and maybe timing) of Lyrica since you're already on it? It comes in many strengths so there's plenty of room for titration.

Could you elaborate? Did you (or anyone else) notice a reduction in cognitive ability or memory deficits?What have you taken it for? How does it compare to the benzodiazepines for you?
