i've been in a transition to switch from ciggireettes to a vape totally, but i've noticed this paticular one, im not sure if it's the best, i have a electronic one, and i have a mechanical mod, the mechanical mod has a cotton swab that you put the nicotine juice on it, and the coil heats up and mkes it vapor, but what im realizing it makes me lungs really react worse than even ciggerettes, i may just have to go to the electroic vape/ciggerette the mechanical mod is really harsh on the lungs, and i have no idea if the chemicls from the cotton are being inhaled and damaging too
is there any option on lung health, i know everything about COPD and lung cancer but i am getting paranoid that the damage is being done.....and praying to god that something won't happen like cancer is kinda of cheating sickness, he could do it but i don't think measuring up to responsiblities of action -reaction would be changed......but i've seen healing through christ on youtube, eye puplis being formed, blind are able to see.....but still asking god to prevent a sickness that is caused from smoking would .. .it's cheating
but anyways, rant rant, but what ... i may need to stop the mechanical mod, because like i said the cotton swab that contains the juice could also be giving off chemical and really hte safer way is the e-cigg......
anywone know about lung health, and ... just anything?

well......i have to put this, i don't want to get a bad rep on vapes, what happened just a while ago i had to put new cotton in the mechanical mod, i put the juice on it, and it was so harsh, but what i just figured out was it didnt have enough liquid on it and was burning the cotton raw....idiot, thats why it was harsh, but marlboro is my brand
when i smoke the vape i get nicotine concentration, and it slightly stimuates to things.....
but thats all .... im just concerned about the lungs.....if i totally wipe out ciggs and go to vape, who knows......
so.....

Are you high voltage vaping? you get a lot of toxins out of the vape that you don't get with low voltage vaping. they can be as bad as a ciggarette that way.
5 watts is good 10 watts is bad. take the voltage multiply it by itself and divide by the resistance of the coil.
If you drop juice right on the coil you are probably doing high voltage.
I use a vision spinner II and CE5 clearomiser. the resistence is between 2.5 and 3 ohms. I set the voltage to about 3.5 and 4 volts.
No harsh taste nice and smooth vape with a little kick on throght from nicotine.

If you're worried about lung health, why not start a nicotine patch and then cut down on the vaping?

the mechanical mod is 24ohms.....it's stong, but i've started to realize the electronic vape, not mechical is ... more convient, and less bulky, and but also less cloud smoke, when i smoke the mechanical one huge amounts of cloud are there.....
so....im using my electronic one right now, the mechanical is charging.....

for some reason, it's pleasant than nicotine gum or the patch, because it comes in small amounts and slowly releases acetylcholine and indirectly dopamine, when i chew nicotine gum it's not pleasant, ill feel the nicotine but it doenst ... slowly help the mood, it just hits and then goes away....yukky
im mainly going to stick to the e-cigg for now, the mechanical one blasts tons of cloud smoke and within 3 main puff blow the room will be cloudy, get in trouble with where ever i smoke it.....

but the lungs, im breathing fine right now, there's nothing wrong with them but still the nasty tar from ciggies is still there, so....like i said if faith and praying to god will keep me sickmess maybe thats a good way to go.....but still like i said it would be cheating to pray of sickness that has a cause.....like eating too much and asking god to pray won't get fat.....
so....the mechanical mod is intense and delivers too quick of a nicotine hit.....have to adjust the dosage.....reduce it
