I doubt it's related to your prolactin. MAOIs frequently impair erectile function and ejaculation/orgasm. Elevated prolactin would reduce your libido, and is less likely to impair ejaculation/orgasm. Furthermore, clinically significant prolactin elevation is mainly caused by dopamine antagonists - and Parnate is not a dopamine antagonist.
Parnate elevates serotonin, which may inhibit orgasm. It also interferes with the autonomnic nervous system, which impairs erection.
You would probably benefit from Viagra. You are unlikely to require a high dose.

High. I found no help with Viagra for Nardil or Marplan, 2 other MAOIs. Urinating was hard with both drugs too at the start. I believe its related to muscles, like I was constantly clenching them.
Surprisingly what I did find that worked very well is Saw Palmetto herb. It reversed both 'side effects' very quickly with Marplan. Its worth a try. Can't do any harm. Esp if you're gonna pay for your viagra! Im in the UK and was prescribed 200mg Viagra per day. And it cost me nothing (NHS). Did nothing. I never tried Saw Palmetto with Nardil I just simply waited it out. Went away in the end. I remember also trying Horny Goat Weed with Nardil. Seemed to help a bit but could have been placebo.Good luck.
