prozac in my option is better, i've been on zoloft many years ago, 03 or 04, trial run and then switched the cymbalta after that....
prozac is activating, zoloft just....you don't feel depressed, but it doenst give much activation feeling, the both work on serotonin but prozac also effects dopamine and NE slightly....

Prozac was more activating for me. I could see zoloft being better for a lot of OCD-ers, but I think prozac has more data behind it (?).
Zoloft was numbing at a higher dose. I think that's true of most antidepressants, though.
