i was in class today, and i have been notorious of losing things and not keeping track and talk aobut something that is totally not about the subject, but the fact is, this is the only way im going to get myself through college, when i was on adderall and vyvanse they made my personality change, i got mean and alot more serious in thinking, see when im writing this, im just a silly guy liking to laugh, but when im on amphetamines im vary diffrent, it's not the buzz dopamine release, it changes my personality signifantly.....i get much meaner and yes i can sustain attention for longer periods, but i am not the funny guy, more serious.....
so you know, prozac and lamictal and nuvigil are my add meds.....even though the prozac does at times improves the mood, it only improves mood, not really attention and nuvigil is just like a cup of coffee to jump start the morning, but all of them together, for some reason the meds totally took effect today in class, the shiney mood from prozac, and then the stablized space out from lamictal, it does make me day dream and stare into space much more than not on it, but it reduces agitation.....and maybe it's better.....
i can't see another doctor, i have to stay with the one i have, but i've realized, if i am going to go to school, and do things, this is the only cocktail medication i have.....ill have to make good out of what it is.....

Might the Lamictal negatively affect your cognition?
What are the advantages of taking it?
