This question is for Philipa,
Do you find it helpful to take 5 mg of Valium
before bed , and then another 5 mg in the
middle of the night?
Thank you

Bob I take it that way as I wake up then and need something to go back to sleep although it doesn't always put me back to sleep. I fall asleep easily & quickly so don't feel need l0mg at bedtime. Don't forget I take the xanax also but same with it. Usually as the day goes on I feel better though so sometimes I question if I should be taking any. I would love to not take any but after 44 years is this realistic? I don't know. Phillipa
