I can't fall asleep. I'm afraid of slipping back to psychosis. Trazodone not helping. Need Seroquel. Blah.

Haven't been sleeping either. Wake coughing, nightmares, belching. No idea what is going on. I was told that the scoliosis I have pushes the stomach and internal organs together and creates the gas. And google confirmed it. So lots of stress. One night of sleep with xanax and valium then hour here and there the next night. Is it something in the air too? Phillipa
