i've recommended this med to people but now that i think about it, it causes you to feel relaxed and relief from racing thoughts, but it also the next day leaves you sedated and not much is going on in th mind...maybe i do need to get off it, it's potent....
zyprexa definetly is useful for psychaitric use, it really helps mania....the only thing is the sedation it gives, wanting to sleep the next day, not really motivated to do, have to force yourself to get something done

most tranquilizers cause apathy. I like Abilify because its less sedating and the apathy isn't as intense as with, say, Risperdal or Zyprexa.

I dont know much in this area,but isnt amurslpride supposed to have a low effect profile

Yes but it can cause dyskinesia, as likely as with typical APs.
Also it raises prolactin. Risperdal gave me bitch t*ts for that reason.Not fun.
