in the process of reducing Cymbalta . was on 60 for 1 year -recently 30 for a month no on 20. am actually feeling better and less anxious and depressed. how can this be?

I wouldn't question it just enjoy it. Maybe too much norepenphrine. What is your normal functioning level like? Phillipa

If you're bipolar, the Cymbalta may have been destabilizing your mood.

you may be right....now on Cymbalta 20-lamictal-100-tegretol 600-klonopin 2.0...feel pretty good..now if I can get rid of maybe one more med

Of those three to choose one to get rid of? You're on half the typical maintenance dosage of both tegretol and lamictal. Discontinue the one you tolerate least and double the other just to be safe and take it along with Klonopin?
However, logic and reasoning says continue to take both mood stabilizers and that Klonopin is more of a "luxury", however. But, I know how it goes, I feel you when it comes to taking it. ;)
