Eric might have sought some clarification of what you meant by your words, "familiar pattern". I am curious myself.
What are the most prominent symptoms of your illness?
1. From the time your symptoms first emerged and you began treatment, when were you least ill?
2. When were you most ill?
3. What were the differences in treatments during these times?

i wish i could answer those questions but 30 years and 60+ meds in probably hundreds of combos and not knowing how long this would go on, no notes.
for me there are times that i can't remember and that was pre meds.i've never taken a combo that made all things better again. i was misdiagnosed with mdd for 20 years. now ten years of bipolar II and now bpI. it gets muddled.

no but the lady that told me what i had has had them for seven years on and off. lately, a rubber ball bouncing in the kitchen, a box full of dishes falling.
i screamed on two, a lady nailed to a wall beside me screams and i scream. tried to go to sleep and a man 12" from me screamed right in my ear, i screamed.
a guy just out of site whistling. the first one i had, the intruder, i knew i was dead. that was scary.
i lock my bedroom door and a man just walked through it. he was inches from me but it didn't scare me.
look up 'i have hypnagogia' good stories..very scary.

Phil I did once and definitely scary. I try to keep it light even in reading before bed as I now get strange dreams all the time. Takes me a few hours when up to get over them. Past husbands, past vacations, past events with people when things didn't go well. I especially hate the ones where I am frantically cleaning and it keeps getting dirtier and wake in the night exhausted. Not sure what they would be classified as? P
