I was originally rx'd the PM, now I have the old school version. 150mgs/night.
So far, so good. Little bit sedated, no big thing. I don't know if I'm depressed so much as...agitated. feel raw, somehow; exposed or something. anxious.

I know it sounds like wishful thinking, but I'm feeling a little better already. I think its the (relatively mild) sedation.
Also, Trileptal apparently boosts trofanil blood levels. Starting out with high doses--"loading"--yields faster results. In one study, they found that a lot of people got relief from high doses of imipramine by day 3! Their doses were somewhere in the lower 200s, but I'm thinking that with a neuroleptic (Abilify, 30mgs), plus low dose Neurontin (300mgs, max), plus the Trileptal (1200) doing their thing, plus the trileptal boosting blood levels, I should feel better, sooner.
Or maybe its just wishful thinking. I'm glad I started on 150 and not 75, that's for sure.
This is the end of the thread.
