Hello I have been trying various different meds after years of paxil 8 years/Lexapro 6 years to current. I cant go over 5 mg or I have total orgasmia..cant finish feel anything at all.
I recently added wellbutrin 150 mg and no effect from that.. what to do?? My fiancé is so understanding but I know she is struggling with this issue same as me. 2.5 MG and things work fine but don't think 2.5 even helps my depression at all??? what can I do??? thanx for any input
I use remeron 1 mg. for sleep but never was brave enough to try just remeron as main a.d.

Sorry for the late response. I have read that BuSpar (buspirone) can help that.
It is supposed to augment the antidepressant effects of SSRIs and improve libido.
Perhaps you can ask your pdoc about it. It doesn't have many side effects.
Switching over to Remeron instead of Lexapro might be a good idea but discuss everything with your pdoc first.
When I was on fluoxetine my libido decreased about 99%. I'm sure glad I don't have to take that anymore.
