Joe are you having problems with your medical condition? Forgive me if got it wrong and you don't have one. I recently was told that caffeine is given to preemies that have sleep aphnea as it stimulates them to breathe. Phillipa

I don't think so, unless it is causing some sort of significant anxiogenic reaction.
I think that caffeine can improve breathing in certain situations (i.e. asthma)
