I am on 300mgs of Seroquel and while I am confident it has an AD effect it does cause me restlessness and a pounding heart however my blood pressure is fine and my pulse is around 70 beats a minute but sometimes is slightly elevated. I have tried to switch to the XR version which has helped slightly but it is still alarming when I lie down on my stomach to sleep and I can feel the heart pumping. I am also on Remeron and Zoloft so I am thinking of asking my pdoc if I can lower it to 150mgs as that is the dose for augmenting and 300mgs is for stand alone depression. We tried going off my remeron and zoloft a while ago and went 300mgs for stand alone but that didn't work so we added the zoloft and remeron back to regime. Has anyone had a similar situation and hopefully when the seroquel was decreased the restlessness subsided a bit? Is 300mgs too high a dose for augmenting? Many thanks for your input,
