I came to terms with what was no ones fault when had kids of my own. Some a lot actually had it a lot worse than me. Phillipa

Excellent article from Harvard - thanks so much for posting it. In treatment terms, I really appreciated the mention of the importance of brain alterations, inflammation, allostactic load, attachment, the establishment of a sense of interpersonal safety and mentalization. These seem to be the most important factors which need to be dealt with in helpful treatment. Thanks again!
