Almost 1 week in, and I feel..stimulated? A little less anxious.
I had some leftover 300mgs/Gabapentin caps from when I was on 900 Neurontin daily (now on 300). I've been taking those to counteract the start up agitation. Got the Abilify down to 15.
Upped the niacinamide to 3 grams x 3, plus 2 grams taurine x 3.
Doing...better?! I feel more lucid. Little more energy. Better concentration, that's for sure. I really don't know if I want to stay on an AD long term though.

Hi c_e,
I thought I replied but it didn't post.
I never had luck with Prozac and found there to be too many SEs. For me, Celexa or Lexapro was a better fit (I currently take 20mg of Lexapro).
I was prescribed Gabapentin numerous times in the past, usually for anxiety in place of benzos, until it was clear that my reaction to it was completely paradoxical; it made me very activated and manic, especially at lower doses, such as 900mg. Although this is clearly the opposite of what it was supposed to do, I have seen others with similar reactions.
Just my input...good luck.

Both Paxil and Prozac made me suididal and I had to stop them.
