I've been put on Wellbutrin XL - no generics - and find the chronic constipation to be problematic. I have found some relief in staggering the dose of the supplemental Chelated Magnesium, but I swear my cat has better BMs than I do. I know that Miralax works and also magnesium citrate, but not without being within steps of a toilet while they work.
Anybody find and other solution to this embarrassing and chronic problem?

oats. the whole cut ones with the bran still on. not the fine cut ones with the bran removed. i have around 3/4 of a cup with yoghurt and fresh or dried fruit and it cleans me out within about an hour. i think it is better than all bran or whatever... the bulk of the oats seems to get things moving... sorry for the graphic. but i used to have fairly chronic problems until i discovered this.

Thanks, you two. It's such an embarrassing problem and this medication does seem to be working. It just throws my bowels into paralysis.
