Fatigue to me is feeling run down. Loss of stamina, needing more rest and struggling to do anything physically.

Some say that fatigue is different then tiredness or sleepiness.

I have both. I feel constantly tired, and fatigued. So I get screwed on both ends. Getting off the couch because of how tired I am sucks, then trying to do something physical (like cut the grass) requires me to mentally push myself to the point of break.

That's a good question something I never thought about. I wonder what my old stand by google says? Phillipa

Fatigue.
Legs feel like each one is 100 pounds heavier than they actually are.
Arms feel like each one is 25 pounds heavier than they actually are.
Standing up for a couple minutes is tiring.
Sitting down and resting doesn't help much.
A short walk might wipe out the rest of the day.
Getting up to answer the phone is hard.
