couldnt answer my question with google so here it goes...
so i am trying lithiumorotate to see if somethingss get better with it.
i could read that 125 of th orotate contain 5mg of lithium
how much does for example 300mg of lithium carbonate contain?
Li2CO3 is the licarb
Li = 6,94u
O = 15,999u
C = 12,001ufinal account?
x=(300mg * 6,94u)/(3*15,999u + 12,011u + 2*6,94u)
x= 28,1778mg
so 300mg of Lithiumcarbonate contain 28,1778mg of pure Lithiumis this correct?
people say dosage can be 8 time lower with orotate.
so 125 lioro (5mg) is ~6 times lower than 300 licarb (28,1778) ?
so, replace 300mg licarb with 125mg oro? roughly
any error in reasoning? or any weired error.. please correct me

As far as I know:
300 mg of lithium carbonate contains approximately 60 mg of elemental lithium.
120 mg of lithium oratate contains approximately 5 mg of elemental lithium.
What are you plans for treatment?

i made a mistake. forgot a 2....its x=(300mg *!2!*6,94u)/(3*15,999u + 12,011u + 2*6,94u)=56,35mg
i am sceptical but i will give it a try and se if something gets better or worse.
my plan is to try to add to my 300mg of licarb aother 120mg of lioro and see if something changes. or even 2*120mg. i have been on 600mg of licarb in the past and it made me worse. lets see if this also happens with lithiumorotate.

Good luck. I will be interested in knowing the results of your trial.

Excuse me being so blunt, but I think OTC lithium orotate is a scam to separate fools from their money. If you need lithium, go the prescription strength stuff that is in a dose proven to work.
