Hello again, hope you 're doing fine...
I'm on day 8 of Effexor 75mg and i have extreme muscle weakness. I also feel very very calm (there was an earthquake and i didnt even move). i cant lift any weight, all things seem heavy, even my tongue feels bad like i cannot talk at night. i dont know, is this an interaction with perphenazine 4 mg and amitriptyline 25mg?
The thing is that i am afraid. I phoned my doc and he said to stop effexor and take zoloft 50mg. The thing is that i see drug interactions, and zoloft raises plasma levels of amitriptyline. What do you suggest? Stay on effexor and see how it goes, or take zoloft?
