im watching fox news right now, and they are really revealing that the technology they had now to moniter people, its scary! its like they have a goveremnt file on everyone....well that's a bit extreme...but anything that is posted on the net, like even on private facebook profiles, it can be used against them, sending them to prison, or get public harassment. I had a paranoia phase where I thought the city that I live in, where following me getting information on what I was doing, where I went, what I bought, because they would look at me in the store, same cars would get behind me...I know this sounds classily like a paranoia state but it happened, but It was appearing real when I was happening.....so I basically stayed in my house scared because I thought they where doing community harassment....and trying to harass me everytime I left the house.....then all that disappeared after about 4 months, all of it went away.....
Well anyways....but seriously this website anything I've posted, it can be used against me. All the crazy attention crap, goodness....my previous friends lurk here....some of family...
is there anyway to erase the crazy crazy stuff I've written?

I'm not paranoid at all but I asking myself the same question about making it possible to erease things we wrote here!!!
I remember that I mentioned to my old PDoc that I was posting on this website, i was saying to him that peoples here was helping each ofher, and I'm sure that he go look on babble and read what I wrote!!! And I wrote bad things about him several times... He was such a bad PDoc, and I will always remember that he almost kill me when I had my intestinal obstructions and that he was saying that it was all in my head, I was at the psychiatrist hospital as an inpatient... 24 hours later I was in the surgery room, almost die with a big pounch of 6 liters of bile who was about to explode in my abdominal cavity and twisted intestine part... Took 2 surgeries in 1 week to put everything in order and 4 months of enteral feeding cause I was in an advanced denutrition state... Still have a lot of problems with my intestine... It's scarier to see jthat a PDoc like that can continue to work, more scary than the government who watch us online!!! Lol
If you have nothing to hide so you have nothing to be scare...just be more carefull about what you write here since sometimes I go on google and search for something and fall on old threads I wrote!!! Lol

Yeah I made the mistake of telling my old psychiatrist about me going on this site too.

yea....but this all turned into a nest hive of bad info my friends read here....and some family....I've redone some of the format of how I post....nothing attention seeking, the only thing I did post is that post below. Too much info is a good term to avoid...lol
seriously there are doctors that are like bad teachers, some teachers are mean and flunk you..and make sure you don't get to the next grade....yea they abuse their power, corruption. There doctors like that.....so, don't be surprised if there psychopaths themselves hiding behind a civil position of care.

that exactly what happened to me....my old doc that was precibing my Dexedrine....I went to the doctors office to tell him about problems I had at home....he didn't give eye contact, and stared at my file, and had a resentful look, and said i can't be your doctor any longer....you have to go to rehab....there are doctors that like corrupt teachers....they abuse their power, in their position of a doctors care, believe me, psychopaths can have a desquise, im not saying that about pdoc's but the ones i saw twice, they where so egotistical, ripped me off meds that had withdrawl, none of it will be heard either...but at least i wrote it. So....the good thing even after being discharged from doctor to doctor is you learn how to survive. I couldn't sue him either because money wise i would have get a expensive law firm and no guarantee of winning.
keep this confidencial here....don't tell people of dr-bob....they gossip and use things people say against them

The main problem is that where I live (Canada, Québec city), we have a public health system... If you want to see a PDoc, your Family Doc have to make a reference paper to you. You have to call at a special phone number and they put you on a waiting list to see a PDoc, you can't choose the one you want to see. They all know each others, every PDoc know each other PDoc I mean, and they all talk about their patients between us all the time...
When you entering into the system and start seeing one PDOc, if you have some problems with the PDoc, you can't ask to see another one, and if you are Lucky and can see another one, your medical folder will follow you, so the new PDoc will read the other one PDoc notes in the medical folder and you will not be able to get ride of the "drug addict label" or "personality disorder", both problems that I don't have but that my old PDoc diagnostic me with (Benzo med addicted and passive agressive personality disorder), both diagnostic are false... Yes i'm addicted to benzo meds but I don't abuse them, never take more than what my Doc RX, never take them in hope that I will have euphoria or feel druggy, in fact I hate when I feel drunk or euphoric, I hate it cause I feel like I don't have the total control over myself!!! The main problem is that I can't lower my dose cause my anxiety is so strong that each time I try to reduce the dose I feel like I will die and anxiety get worse and worse... And who is to blame in the first place, me or the stupid PDoc who told me 10000 times that the benzo meds was the only meds who was working for my anxiety and continued to RX high dose of clonazepam for years???
Anyway, I lost hope in finding a good PDoc where I live... BUT I ask my Family Doc, at a final attempt, to call a very good PDoc that I heard of, I ask my Doc to call him directly and speak to him about me and my anxiety disorders and ask him if he want to have me as a patient, it's a way to subvert the public health system, my Family Doc tried several times to call the PDoc I want to see, for now he wasnt able to talk to him directly but he told me that he will have news soon, he know him and see him often at different medical conventions, so will hope it will work and that I will be able to start seeing the new PDoc soon and starting on new bases and get new diagnostics and proper meds to treat me...
And yes I keep it confidencial for babble... I will never mention it to another PDoc or Doc for sure... I want that my post and threads stay private...

I was ripped off benzo's a corrupt doctor did to me, it was AWFUL the withdrawl, the irrtiblity....it was awful, but I learned how to survive after that...it was vary hard but my mind adapted and anxiety levels lowered after about 6 months.... he ripped of Xanax and but me on geodom 160mg and 10mg zyprexie. Antipsychotics....
I hate that doctor....I want to post his name and sue him, but its all with if a lot of money to get a high class lawyer that has the power to lock them up. That's not an option:(
but yes, if take benzos keep taking them, they do help anxiety
the only barb they would use...maybe is phenobarbital, but its main idications are for epilepsy, the grand mal type....I don't they even use it for anxiety....but they did in the 1930-1940's. Its sedating....you don't feel awake, its like being on liquor with no euphoria. Bad....I would much prefer Seconal for something for sleep.
find a psychiatrist, and get a adcanced one...family docs really ... I don't they really specialize on psychiatric treatment, they only refeer to hospitals and pdocs.
