And I felt awful all day :-(
I just forgot to take it with me, and went to work without it.
Well, geez!....
After about 9 and a half hours of feeling off kilter, disconnected, dizzy, slightly irritable, emotional, queasy and headachy I finally got home to take the pill.
I'm still not right.
I knew it was not going to be good when I realized I didn't have it.

How much Effexor are you taking?

Perhaps dosing 75 mg twice a day would be better.
For some people, 150 mg/day is low. Are you in full remission at that dosage? I need 300 mg/day of Effexor to get anything out of it. I took 150 mg twice a day. I didn't suffer too much if I missed a dose.

The insurance company wouldn't pay for divided doses, because it's "XR".
I don't think I can have a remission. I just want to function.
I think I'm just one of the walking wounded.
The dose was lowered with the idea that I was more labile at a higher dose.
I'm moving toward getting off meds anyway. I might get pregnant one day.
