Now I'm beginning to think Geodon may not have been a good idea. I had a manic meltdown!
Of course, I'm only taking 600mg of Trileptal. Maybe that's the problem.
In order to take 40mg of Geodon, I guess I'll have to take an additional freakin dose of Trileptal.
This is ridiculous. Take one med for stabilization, then another med for happiness.
Sometimes I feel like this whole bipolar thing is a series of uppers and downers.

Hi Sheila,
I thought Geodon was a stabilizer on it's own. Or is that dose dependent? I can't offer any advice, I'm having difficulties with lithium, but I can commiserate. The whole back and forth with the pharmaceuticals is maddening.

You should talk to your doctor about upping the dose of Geodon if you think you are going manic. You might need more like 80-120mg. herpills
