Hi all,
I am currently on Zoloft 50mg and starting Zyprexa 5mg. I am surprised that when I take the 5mg Zyprexa it doesn't knock me out. But I can sleep. But durring the day I am still extremely wired, anxious, crawling out of my skin feeling. I have only been on the Zyprexa one night. I'm so freaked out it won't work.
Is this the best med for this type of agitation? It's very severe. If I had the money I'd put myself in a hospital but I don't so I'm trying to press on.
What meds are good for this type of agitated depression?

Give it a few days to build up in your system - and give it a good couple of weeks before you decide it isnt effective

> What meds are good for this type of agitated depression?Talk to your pdoc. You could increase Zyprexa to 10mg and/or add a benzo for a week or two.
