im recovering right now from having to much to drink...it wasnt that much it but it knocked me out....and now im having racing thoughts, going bonkers because it made a imbalance after it left the system...this is not the suppost to happen, i smoked pot one time....it made me litterly having derealization and out of my mind, its suppost to calm people down and make them chill....it made me near panic because everything seemed distored in reality....i smoked it and all of sudden started feeling altered, thought derailment, it was like everything stopped making sense and my thoughts got loose and the assoications you have disconnected, and in result i had tons of adrenaline releasing throght the body....had to lock my self in a bathroom and wait for it to get out....then i drove home fine....
but serious having a beer is not that big of a deal....its just beer....but when i drink alcohol it has adverse reactions, get extremly sedated then having bad moods because lack of stimulation...then when it wears off my nerons go bonkers....and and im having to deal with it. Why does my body make things so complicated, i can't even have a drink without something crazy happening...always something making my life more worse.
So its wore off....but serious this is just alcohol, why in the hell would it cause all this stupid withdrawl stupid stuff....ughh....i need a new body and a sound mind.
ill just document this for medical research for doctors to read about adverse reactions with alcohol..
thanks for reading....really thank you, i need to get this stuff out

I start hearing voices when I drink too much. It's best if I abstain.

Ethanol is a toxin. In high enough concentrations, people have died from it through severe depression of the CNS, which can override the gag reflex and result in drowning in one's own vomit. Lower levels of intake also suppress the CNS to a lesser degree and can deplete vitamins and minerals through dehydration. Hangovers are a withdrawal symptom. The thing about marijuana is that different strains have different effects. Some have a calming, chill out effect, while others tend to amp you up some and anxiety or paranoia can result. Unfortunately, the calming varieties are not as popular these days so a lot of rife chill has been bred out. These strains still exist, but unless you're able to buy medical marihuana from a dispensary, it's hard to know what you're getting until you smoke it.

I gave up hard alchohol before took any meds as it made me sick. I learned that 5 beers was good for me and relaxed me. I gave up alchohol over 15 years ago. Long story. Phillipa
