On Friday -taken off the Depakote and all other medications and put on clozeril.
Monday - today- blood test came back with elevated liver enzymes
told that the elevation was due to the depakote taken for 2 weeks past.how soon after one stops taking depakote (500mg - pm 250mg - am) does it take for liver enzy. to return to normal? Could the clozeril be causing the elevated liver enzymes?

Yes, elevated liver enzymes occur relatively frequently with Clozaril but most patients show no symptoms suggestive of liver disease. Assuming that symptoms are not present, it might be worth repeating the test in a month to find out whether things have returned to normal.
