Is an Omega-3 fish oil supplement safe to take with Parnate? It usually contains the fatty fish oils from herring,mackerel,sardines and others.
Are multi-vitamins safe? Anti-oxidants?

Yes, they are safe, no worries at all with fish oil, a multivitamin, or an antioxidant supplement

i don't know if this is correct, l-tyrosine...or DLPA...it increases DA, hypertension reaction.... i could be wrong because i've read sometiems serotonin is the only one to watch out with MAOIs...it that serotonin syndrome...
its fine...fish oil is safe....yes B12 and B6 will be great....it will increase the parnate effect....try it...
