Hi all..
I've moved to Seattle from northern California and was wondering if anyone had a recommendation for a doctor here. I am on somewhat of a complex regime a lot of doctors wouldn't touch with a ten-foot pole (Nardil + dextroamphetamine + alprazolam + zolpidem), so someone with expertise in MAOIs would be preferred.
Also, someone who takes Medicare + Medicaid (WA) would be preferrable as I am still on a fixed income.
I convert my Medicaid from California to WA state tomorrow or the next day; I need to have a look at the Medicare/Medicaid HMO (UnitedHealth) offering before I decide whether to roll it under them or keep standard Medicare + Medicaid.
Wish me luck! So far, the doctor I have seen has recommended UW for follow up care... anyone been there?
