Hi Guys,
OK so I decided to come off the Desipramine and go back on Nortriptyline. Quick Question?? I was only taking a low dose of desipramine. I took 3 evening doses of 5mg and than 3 evening doses of 10mg. That's 6 days total. My last dose was 2 nights ago so I did not take one last night. No withdrawal symptoms. I'd like opinions. Do you think its safe to start 15mg of Nortriptyline tonight or should I wait till tomorrow night?
