Hi all,
I started Trileptal yesterday in addition to my Lexapro and Librium, and since taking it, I've been having horrible, anxiety-provoking nightmares. I've taken it in the past and I don't remmeber having this problem. What gives?
Anyone else on Trileptal? Positive or negative experiences?
Feedback welcome...

Bryn I took but 150mg of trileptal at one time to boost antidepressant and had no side effects at all. I was supposed to go to 300mg but didn't have the money. No idea why this is happening? Phillipa

it could be that its changing the electrical firing in the mind....trileptal is seizure med...but also a good mood leveler. It proably changing the flow of the electric currents, or transmitters or both, why don't you wait for a while....see what happens, and if it still keeps up....then discontinue it. Look into Depakote...its really med, there are side effects with it....but yea...
