I take Nardil splitted in two doses of 30mg.
Today I slept only for 3-4 hours and later in the morning I worked to 11 AM and then I had to take a snap because later I was really tired. A few hours later I woke up and I took my second dose of 30mg Nardil but I cant remember if it was my first or second dose on this day, so If I took my last 30mg dose in the morning ?
What is more, that after thinking about it, I cant say with confidence that I took 60mg yesterday, so again I can't remember if I took 60 or even 90 mg of Nardil yesterday ?
So if I did not take morning dose I would take now only 30 mg on this day though if I took as much as 90mg yesterday then i think that it could be a big problem.What do you recommend I should do ? Should I take another 30mg now (even if can't remember if i took 30mg in the morning) ? Or should I finish this day only with one 30mg dose ?

I think you should get a pill box. It's the only thing that works for me. It's so automatic, like brushing your teeth in the morning. Did I or didn't I?
