My opinion is that you have had an infection of some kind for years and that is where your symptoms originate. I base that opinion on the various reactions you've had, or not had, to previous meds. Did you know, for example, amantadine is antiviral? Also impacts other microbes. Did you know antipsychotics have some antibacterial properties? I've seen you experience what could be viewed as Herxheimer reactions on Seroquel and then also on Minocycline. The glasses I see the world through filter things a little bit differently than most people, so this opinion of mine could probably seem bizarre to many people. That's ok.
I doubt your blood draw will show anything. Tests we have available are really lousy, very unreliable and inaccurate. It is common for them to come back negative despite the patient being sick as hell and despite the fact they later get better on the same exact meds that they would have taken if the test had been positive. As I see it, a negative lab test to someone who has symptoms consistent with what they were testing for is the same thing as an innocent person being sent to prison for no reason and no chance of parole. In fact as time goes on, their sentence turns into solitary confinement and finally a slow torturous death.
Screw the tests. You need to be taking antimicrobial herbs and maybe ABX. Target bacteria, yeast, and virus, because at this point we don't know which it is, but the treatments themselves will tell us when we are on target or not. The enemy might appear invisible and undetectable, but it isn't.

Jeroen I'm a bit confused? I don't think there is a blood test for scizophrenia. Anyone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. Phillipa

yea jereon....blood tests pick up biological stuff in the blood stream...the only thing that could be the issue is that it can see how much nuerotransmitters levels are, but still that's difficult. Psych assement and blood tests are common...but not blood tests alone. Could you get other tests done?
